The Popular Show Season Four Reveals the Warriors Table

Ever since the premiere of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept fans guessing with deep backstory, a wide array of characters, and a exciting storyline showcasing divine entities, demons, and sinister influences expanding in influence within the city.

Heads-up: Key plot points for the latest installment of this adventure lie ahead.

The Soldiers Table Revealed

The latest chapter ended with a major cliffhanger and introduced the initial group of heroes who will branch out from the primary party to begin their own adventure, separate from the additional parties.

The combat-focused team includes the determined fighter (played by the voice actor), Thimble (the talented performer), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander Halovar (Sam Riegel), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).

The Reason for Division

Given 13 cast members, it was evident from the outset that maintaining everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

This explains, the first four episodes of this story serve as an Introduction, intertwining the personal journeys before dividing into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Schemers, and Questers.

The Nature of the Soldiers Table

According to the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for participants who prefer a traditionally charged battle-oriented story mode where peaceful solutions are rare.

At first glance, characters like the hesitant healer the cleric might look out of place, but the events of the latest installment make it clear why these specific adventurers are best suited for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the party understands precisely where to go next after a brutal opening clash with The Crow Keepers.

An old friend of Thjazi Fang—whose death kicked off the campaign’s events—manipulated the foes for his selfish purposes, entering the secret base, assaulting the character, and stealing all the powerful objects to auction.

Casimir then settled his liabilities and ran away to a secure base in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the urban center, with Teor’s brother pursuing him.

Character Drivers

Additionally, each adventurer has a specific drive to leave the city the urban setting:

  • Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and best friend, desires vengeance.
  • Kattigan knows Timmony and warns that it is a dangerous place.
  • The warrior and The healer, having defied his relatives’ demands to execute Teor and instead freed him, have no other options.
  • But, their status as key figures in House Halovar could enable the party reach areas they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Moreover, The grateful character swore a life debt to The cleric for his salvation and will now go with him anywhere.

Fugitives

Lastly, all of them are wanted by the rulers that control the setting for a multiple motives, making remaining behind no longer safe:

  • The agile adventurer and The hero are known criminals.
  • The strong figure and Wicander turned against House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • The target is targeted for elimination by the family.

This leaves them little choice but to travel to the remote area in search of the antagonist.

What’s Next?

Based on the recent installment’s Cooldown, we learn that the combat party will not appear next week, leaving the other eight players to form the Questers and Schemers parties.

Audiences can anticipate discovering which adventurers will be in which group in the story’s concluding setup installment, streaming live on October 24.
